How does the Marsupi rental work?
1. Order a Marsupi...
2. After receipt of payment, you will receive a new and originally packaged Marsupi.
3. Your 4-week trial period begins upon delivery of the Marsupi.
4. If you are not satisfied, please return the Marsupi to us with sufficient postage.
5. We will refund the invoice amount minus the rental fee incurred.
Would you like to keep the Marsupi?
Since we only rent new and originally packaged Marsupi, you can of course keep it. You won't need to contact us again.
Why is there a rental fee, and how much is it?
The rental fee is a flat rate covering expenses. The Marsupi depreciates by €20.00 simply upon initial use. Additional costs, such as free shipping, are added. The processing effort is also very high, as all rental carriers must be carefully inspected and cleaned if necessary. The rental fee for a 4-week trial period is therefore kept very low at €25.00 (including our shipping costs).
Why rent at all?
During the Marsupi rental, you can test the baby carrier in peace and quiet, e.g., while on vacation, and ensure that both your child and you as the wearer are truly satisfied with it.
